Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns!
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and ship the items back within 7 days to receive a full refund of the item price. Shipping, processing and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
Once the item is shipped, we cannot accept any exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of the following items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized order
- Intimate items
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
